We have made several orders from this supplier and in all cases, there have been problems with the order. In this case, we made a large order from the supplier. We were careful to identify all the components. And asked that the supplier send pictures and video to confirm the components were correct before shipment. The supplier did not send video with specific components (even after multiple requests) and they kept missing the shipping dates they promised. In cases where it was supposed to ship in days, it took about three weeks to ship. Unfortunately, when we received the order, many components were completely wrong and didn't match the order that we made. In trying to reach a resolutions, the seller keeps asking for drawings. There is no need to send drawings; we were very clear about the components that we needed and they matched the type of components that were on previous orders.There are other suppliers with similar product. I recommend not ordering from this supplier.
